The Hydronian Interim Governing Council is a government-in-exile formed within the Roman Empire in 1914 as a provisional governing council of the Hidronis Grand Monarchy. The Council claims to "represent the will of the Hydronian people", and its purpose to be to "conduct the official business of the Hydronian government and protect the interests of the Hydronian people until the day Hydronia can once again be freed from Greek tyranny."
