Lady Anathema of the Winds

Anathema of New Greece is the Greek "ambassador" to the Xanjin Technologist Imperium. She is also Tanzim of Rhoss' protégé in the fields of military science and biology. She was instated as ambassador at the age of 13, and lived with a host family until her 18th birthday, when Tanzim invited her to stay at the Capitus.
