Lord Saddu Xan Nevuchvazin (commonly abbreviated: Nevu the Great) was the founder of the Great Xanj Empire. He drafted the first code of laws in 1298 BC. He lived from 1265-1304 BC, and is widely regarded as one of the most generous men in history.
