Repeal of the Third and Fourth Amendments to the Constitution of Rome

The Repeal of the Third and Fourth Amendments to the Constitution of Rome was a Constitutional change that was the result of the 2005 Constitutional Referendum. Emergency Regent of the Roman Empire, Antonius Felius, initiated what is officially considered to be the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. In reality, Felius removed the clauses which Emperor Constantine XXII had changed or added during his reign, essentially repealing the third and fourth amendments.
